1. Return Period
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Return Conditions
Product must be unused and in original condition
Original packaging must be included
Product must not be physically damaged
3. Non-Returnable Items
Products damaged due to customer misuse
Products without original packaging
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued after inspection and approval of the returned product, within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the error was made by us.
